The card holder is notified by email that a procard monthly activity report (MAR) needs to be certified. After the card holder certifies the MAR the card holder advances the report to the Approver queue.
Lead fiscal officers and their delegates have access to a dashboard report that shows certification and approval status for cards in their assigned area.
Report name: "Procard - MAR Approvers and Certifiers"
Access the report through the following steps:
- From the home tab
- Select Reporting
- Select 'Shared With Me'
- Select Procard
- Select "Procard - MAR Approvers and Certifiers"
- Filter for your area
The report can be filtered for specific cards.
