Business Operations places orders for a select group of departments. Departments request the order through an OnBase Order Request Form Link.
Instructions on completing the order request form and a quick start guide for viewing the dashboard in OnBase are attached below.
Once the Order Request Form is submitted the form routes to Business Operations for processing and follow up as needed. An email generates to the submitter with a request number. Additionally, automated emails provide updates through the order process.
