If you have received an "Open Issues After Posting to Peoplesoft" email in regards to a procard transaction(s) it either does not have a business purpose and/or a receipt or requires additional information as indicated. You will need to supply the required/requested information, save the form, and send it to the Business Operations queue.
You will not be able to change the speedtype and/or account code because the charge has already posted to Peoplesoft. If you need to change the funding a journal voucher (JV) will need to be completed by the department.
