Find the steps below to assist with clearing your cache in Firefox:
1. Click the Open Window icon on the browser toolbar (icon looks like three horizontal lines).
2. Click on Options
3. Click on the General tab at the top of the pop-up window.
4. On the left side of the screen, click on Privacy & Security
5. Under the History header, click on 'clear history'
6. It is good practice to put a check mark next to all items, however, at minimum, you should mark Cache
7. Click OK
8. Close the window and open a new browser.
Find the steps below to assist with clearing your cache in Google Chrome.
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (three vertical dots in the top right corner).
2. Click on History
3. Move your cursor to the left and click on 'History'.
4. On the left side of the screen, click on 'Clear browsing data'.
5. On the Basic tab, put a check mark next to Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
6. Click on Clear Data
7. Close the Settings tab and open a new browser.
Find the steps below to assist with clearing your cache in Internet Explorer:
1. Click the Tools icon on the browser toolbar (icon looks like a gear).
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Click on the General tab at the top of the pop-up window.
4. Under Browsing History, click on delete button. It is good practice to put a check mark in all fields but at minimum, put a check mark next to Temporary Internet files and Cookies and website data
5. Click on the delete button
6. Click OK
7. Close the window and open a new browser.
