OnBase is the document management system used by the University of Louisville. If you need to login to OnBase to perform tasks and are unable to login please see below for troubleshooting tips. To see more information on OnBase please see article here.
OnBase web version:
Most users will be on the web based version of OnBase. If you are unable to login please follow these steps:
1. Verify that the user ID and password are correct. It should be the same user ID and password used for ULINK.
2. Clear browser cache based on the browser being used.
3. If there are still issues please call or e-mail Business Operations at 852-7549 or businessops@louisville.edu
For faster service please have your user ID and the error message you are receiving available.
OnBase Unity Client:
This is installed on the user's desktop. If you are unable to login please follow these steps:
1. Verify that the user ID and password are correct. It should be the same user ID and password used for ULINK.
2. If there are still issues please call or e-mail Business Operations at 852-7549 or businessops@louisville.edu
For faster service please have your user ID and the error message you are receiving available.
Please note if you are working remotely, off campus, you must be signed in to the UofL VPN service for OnBase to function appropriately.
