The University of Louisville has created a great provision for its employees in need of catastrophic leave coverage. The leave comes from a shared leave pool donated to by your fellow UofL Colleagues.
In order to receive leave you must fill out the request form and have it approved by the timekeeper for your department (or UBM), if you are unsure of who your timekeeper is you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or your supervisor to identify the appropriate individual. Once it has been completed and approved, it will need to be processed by HR.
