I am an hourly employee, when do I need to submit my time and leave by?
It is best practice that biweekly employees enter hours worked on their time sheets on a DAILY basis to ensure the information is up to date and accurate. Every other Thursday (or as communicated on holiday weeks) hourly compensated employees should review their time entries for the two-week period then sign and submit their timesheet. The timesheet also requires supervisor approval.
Lock-out times may be subject to change if there is a change to the payroll calendar at which time employees are notified in advance.
