The timekeeping system does not allow for departments to pull a report reflecting unsubmitted and/or unapproved employee timesheets.
Business Operations sends this information in a report to department LFO's on a bi-weekly basis to inform them of any and all employee and/or supervisor unsubmitted/unapproved timesheets.
If a department needs a list of unsubmitted and/or unapproved timesheets in the interim of the bi-weekly report to LFO's, please contact Business Operations via email at businessops@louisville.edu and we will be happy to generate that information.
