Microsoft Database Driver Error in BA

If a Microsoft Database Driver error occurs in BA (see below example)

Follow the below steps to correct this issue:

 

  1. Follow this link to download the missing driver:
    1. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50402
  2. Click Download.

  3.   Select the x64 option and click next.

  4.   Run the installer 
  5. Once the installer runs and completes, please restart BA
