Bi-weekly employees should record their time off on the timesheet during the pay period in which they are taking the time off work. Requests for biweekly employees are managed and regulated at the department level, please work directly with your supervisor and department to ensure you are requesting time off in accordance to their specific process.
Human Resources provides a Leave Request form which can be used to request time out of the office from your supervisor if used by your department.
